Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds and subject to completed KYC and wagering condition verification) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method where possible. Where funds are found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, 2pk365 reserves the right to withhold them pending investigation.
